Problem Note 61805: A user without the Edit Incident capability can lock or modify ownership of an incident in SAS® Enterprise Case Management
A user without the Edit Incident capability can lock, assign, or reassign an incident in SAS Enterprise Case Management.
To prevent a user without the Edit Incident capability from locking, assigning, or reassigning an incident, specify the following new metadata property in the SAS® Management Console:
ECM.Incident.RequireEditCapabilityToLockOrReassign = true
The default value for the metadata property is false.
