Problem Note 61733: Incorrect results are generated when you use a priority-based optimization method on a campaign group in SAS® Customer Intelligence
In SAS Customer Intelligence, incorrect results are generated when you optimize a campaign group using a priority-based optimization method. No errors appear in the log files when this problem occurs.
This problem is likely to occur in campaign members that contain control groups in agent Communication nodes.
