Problem Note 61641: When you try to view all terms in SAS® Business Data Network, the "Could not roll back JDBC transaction...connection has been closed" error occurs

When you use SAS® Business Data Network 3.1 or 3.2, you might see the following error when trying to view all terms:

Could not roll back JDBC transaction; nested exception is org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: This connection has been closed.

This problem happens when more than 32,000 terms have the same parent.

A workaround is to parent the terms to other terms so that fewer than 32,000 terms exist at any level.
