Problem Note 61610: The error "TypeError: Error #1009" occurs in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio when you create a treatment

In SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, you might encounter the following error:
TypeError: Error #1009
This error might occur when you perform steps similar to the following:
- Create a treatment with a date range, and use Date and time as the Date type:
- In the From field, select a date via the calendar icon or manually enter one that is later than the To date. The following red pop-up message is displayed:
- Click the calendar icon next to the To field in order to select a later date. The following pop-up error message is displayed, and you are in an infinite loop:
An error occured. Please contact your system administrator.
TypeError: Error #1009
When you encounter this issue, you must close SAS Customer Intelligence Studio via the Windows Task Manager.
