Problem Note 61595: The %TKMI_JOB_RO job generates "ERROR: is not licensed or is expired for this SAS installation"

The SAS® Revenue Optimization %TKMI_JOB_RO job might generate the following error in the SAS log file:
NOTE: PROCEDURE SQL used (Total process time):
prodname=<SOLUTION_CODE>
ERROR: <SOLUTION_NAME> is not licensed or is expired for this SAS installation
rett=0
ERROR: <SOLUTION_CODE> license validation failed.So Exiting.
This error might occur even when there is a valid license. When many products are licensed, the license data retrieved from the SAS® Metadata Server might be truncated and cause this error.
The workaround for this issue is to get a new license file with only the required products in it.
