In the alert generation process, the run date refers to a day, not a time. As a result, when you look at the Alert Details, the run date always show midnight (00:00:00) for the time.
Click the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
After you apply the hot fix, the run date will carry a time component. So, when you look at the run date in the Alert Details, the time value will show the time at which the alert was run, instead of always showing midnight.
