Problem Note 61581: "ERROR: CLI describe error...SQLSTATE=42501" occurs when you add a new business unit in SAS® Anti-Money Laundering

If you are adding a new business unit to SAS® Anti-Money Laundering and your database is DB2, you might see the following error when executing the db_create ant script:
ERROR: CLI describe error: [IBM][CLI Driver][DB2/AIX64] SQL0551N The statement
failed because the authorization ID does not have the required authorization or privilege to perform the operation.
Authorization ID: "FCFBU2". Operation: "SELECT". Object:
