Problem Note 61579: You cannot edit any reviews for Customer Due Diligence even if the correct capability is enabled in the SAS® Anti-Money Laundering metadata
You might not be able to edit any CDD reviews in SAS® Anti-Money Laundering. This problem occurs even if the "Edit Any Reviews for Customer Due Diligence" capability is enabled and assigned in your role in SAS® Management Console.
When you encounter this issue, all the fields on the CDD review page are set as read-only and the Save and Route buttons are disabled.
