Problem Note 61557: Saving a scenario in SAS® Anti-Money Laundering results in "Scenario XXXXXX update failed" or "Other user may have changed this scenario..." errors
When saving an edited scenario, you might receive one of the following error messages:
Scenario XXXXXXX update failed
Other user may have changed this scenario, re-loading the page and saving it again may resolve the conflict
The problem is caused by issues related to caching and refreshing data.
A possible workaround is clearing the application cache.
Click the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
After you install the hot fix, when you save a modification to a scenario, rule, header, or rule group, their corresponding lists are refreshed automatically to show the updated row.
