Problem Note 61552: The "User is not authorized to perform this action" error occurs when you attempt to view an alert in SAS® Anti-Money Laundering

When attempting to view an alert, you receive the following error message:
User is not authorized to perform this action.
This error incorrectly occurs if you do not have the "Edit Scenarios, Headers and Routing Groups" capability. You are still required to have the "Access Scenario Details" capability due to required permissions for retrieving data related to any viewed or edited alert.
