Problem Note 61536: In SAS® Enterprise Guide®, "InitializeControls() - Unable to setup image list" error might occur when scheduling a project

In SAS Enterprise Guide, you might see the following error when a project is scheduled on Windows 2008 Server 32-bit using the Run whether user is logged on or not option:
ERROR SAS.EG.Controls.ProcessView [(null)] - InitializeControls() - Unable to setup image list.
System.ArgumentException: Parameter is not valid.
at System.Drawing.Bitmap.FromHicon(IntPtr hicon)
at SAS.SharedImages.Images.GetIconAsBitmap(IMAGEID image, Int32 width, Int32 height)
at SAS.EG.Controls.ProcessView.InitializeControls()
