Problem Note 61412: Application server contexts are not visible in the Refresh Application Server dialog box in SAS® Management Console

The Available application servers and Selected application servers list boxes are too large for the Refresh Application Server dialog box. When there are more application server contexts than the list box can display, the scroll bar disappears and the last few application server contexts in the list are not visible.
To work around the issue, press Shift + the down arrow key to select and move the last few application server contexts that are not visible to the Selected application servers list. Then, move the application server contexts that should not be refreshed back to the Available application servers list before clicking OK to perform the refresh.
