Problem Note 61406: Certain queries generate "ERROR: sqlplan internal error..."

"Sqlplan" errors might be generated when you run SQL procedure queries that contain the following:
- the CREATE VIEW syntax
- the DISTINCT keyword
- code that creates a column alias in the SELECT clause
- a column modifier such as LENGTH=
- an ORDER BY clause
Removing any of the items from this list prevents the error from occurring.
