Problem Note 61405: Queries fail with "ERROR: sqlplan internal error..."

Applying Hot Fix B25266 causes some queries to fail with an error similar to the following:
ERROR: sqlplan internal error: Cannot find symbol variablexyz, var=45,
tag=0001. This message can be caused by attempting
to make correlated references between two different items on a single
FROM clause.

To work around this issue, upgrade to SAS® 9.4.
