Problem Note 61305: You are unable to delete a comment that was added by another user in SAS® Enterprise Case Management
When you edit an incident in SAS Enterprise Case Management, you should be able to delete any comment if you have the "Delete Any Incident Comment" metadata capability. Instead, you might not be able to delete the first comment in a category, when the comment was added by another user. Only the user who added the comment is able to delete it.
The same problem might occur for comments added to cases and parties.
