Problem Note 61291: SAS® Clinical Standards Toolkit 1.7.1 - CDISC ODM standard, the standard does not allow a prefix to FileOID and StudyOID values as a default

In the SAS® Clinical Standards Toolkit representation of the CDISC ODM standard, the standard does not do this as a default for specifying the FileOID and StudyOID values. The FileOID value should be universally unique if at all possible. As a workaround, add a prefix to every FileOID with an internet domain name owned by the creator of the ODM file or database (followed by a /) for example:
FileOID="TemporaryPharmaceuticals.com/Study5894/1"
This might be a good way to denote the first file in a series for study 5894 from Temporary Pharmaceuticals. Note: Similarly, StudyOID value should be universally unique if at all possible for example:
StudyOID="TemporaryPharmaceuticals.com/Study5894".
If these requirements are critical, we would recommend updating the DEFINEDOCUMENT.FILEOID and STUDY.STUDIOID values after running the %DEFINE_SOURCETODEFINE macro. Do this action before running the %DEFINE_WRITE macro.
