Problem Note 61283: When an Oracle user ID or password contains a special character, you receive an ORA-01017 error

When you try to bulk load a SAS® data set to Oracle when the user ID or password contains a special character, you might receive the following errors:
SQL*Loader-128: unable to begin a session
ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied
The workaround for this issue is to include the BL_PARFILE data set option in your code. Here is an example:
BL_PARFILE='bulkload.par'
