Problem Note 61265: The deliverable manager does not receive the Task Completion notification email in SAS® Marketing Operations Management
In SAS Marketing Operations Management, the deliverable manager might not receive the Task Completion notification email.
This problem might happen when you change these user settings in a Marketing Workbench project:
- You change the deliverable manager by selecting Select Deliverable Manager on the User Roles tab in the deliverable.
- You add the same user (that is, the deliverable manager) to the Send Notifications on Task Completion to : Users & Groups setting on a task's User Roles tab.
The user receives the Task Completion notification email only when you add him or her to the Send Notifications on Task Completion to : Users & Groups but you do not change the deliverable manager user.
