Problem Note 61160: Time-based, max/min contact policies in SAS® Marketing Optimization are not available for some source types for optimization input data

In SAS Marketing Optimization, time-based, max/min contact policies are not available when the optimization input data is sourced from any of the following databases:
- IBM DB2
- IBM Netezza
- Oracle
- SAP HANA
As a workaround, use a case-insensitive database for sourcing optimization input data.
