Problem Note 61121: SAS® Enterprise Case Management incorrectly shows two entries in the activity history for a case or incident after you add a note for a new category
After you post a new note against a new category for a case or incident in SAS Enterprise Case Management, the History tab might show two Add Note events. The History tab might show an event for the new category and another event for the new note. Instead, the History tab should display an event only for the new note and not for the new category.
For example, after posting a note with text Note 1 against a new category named CatA, you might see two Add Note entries on the History tab, as shown below:
The Add Note audit event for the new category, CatA, should not be listed on the History tab.
