Problem Note 61103: Adding an entity to a case in SAS® Anti-Money Laundering results in a "Conflict when creating an object" message

You might encounter an error when you attempt to add an entity to a case from the Entity Details window in SAS Anti-Money Laundering.
For example, double-click an entity in the Entity List data grid on the Entity Triage window to view the Entity Details window. After clicking Add to Case and providing information in the Add Entities to Case screen to add entities to a case, you might encounter the following error message:
