Problem Note 61050: Disposition values are blank when you open a closed Customer Due Diligence (CDD) review
In SAS® Customer Due Diligence, when you manually override the disposition values in a CDD review and then re-open that review, both values are empty instead of showing the values that you previously selected and saved.
This problem occurs when you perform the following steps:
- Open a CDD review.
- Change the status to Closed and select a value from the drop-down lists in the Final Disposition and the Rating Override fields.
- Save the CDD review.
- Re-open the review.
When you re-open the review, both the Final Disposition and the Rating Override fields are empty.
