Problem Note 61046: Users can access the "Risk Assessment" tab even though the software is not configured for them to have that capability

For users to work with risk assessments in the SAS Anti-Money Laundering web application, that capability needs to be configured for them. In SAS Anti-Money Laundering 7.1, users who are not assigned that capability are still presented with a Risk Assessments tab when they log on to SAS Anti-Money Laundering.
