Problem Note 61045: You can route cases that you do not own in SAS® Anti-Money Laundering

When you work with cases in SAS Anti-Money Laundering, one list that you can see and take action on is All Available Cases. From that list, you can route cases to a different queue or to a different user case. However, you can also route cases that you do not own.
