Problem Note 61044: The value for "Alert Age" in the list of entities on the SAS® Anti-Money Laundering alert triage page is incorrect

When you log on to the SAS Anti-Money Laundering web application, you are presented with the Alert triage page, which contains a list of entities. One of the values that is noted for each entity on that page is Alert Age. The value for Alert Age is not updated in real time, so the value can be incorrect. That value is updated only when you run the alert-generation batch process.
Click the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
When you apply the hot fix, the value for Alert Age is updated with a calculation that uses the date of the last run for the alert-generation batch process.
