Problem Note 61008: The CDD Review page incorrectly shows duplicate records for a rule after you edit the rule in SAS® Customer Due Diligence
In SAS Customer Due Diligence, each time you edit and save a rule, a duplicate record appears on the Attribute Scores panel, which is on the CDD Review page. For example, if you make and save five changes, the Attribute Scores panel presents six identical records.
This problem occurs when you perform the following steps:
- You edit a SAS Customer Due Diligence rule by selecting Admin ► Rules from the application window.
- You run the Customer Risk Ranking (CRR) process.
When you then open the CDD Review page, you see two records for the modified rule in the Attribute Scores panel.
