Problem Note 61000: Export definitions for email broadcasts might not be displayed in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio
Export definitions for email broadcasts might not be visible in SAS Customer Intelligence Studio. The problem occurs when you log on to SAS Customer Intelligence Studio with a user ID that does not exactly match the external user account name on the Accounts tab of a user that is defined in SAS® Management Console.
Example:
- You define a user called sasdemo in SAS Management Console and on the Accounts tab, you define the user ID as WIN\sasdemo.
- You then log on to SAS Customer Intelligence Studio as SASDEMO instead of sasdemo.
If you then create a new email broadcast and open the Recipient List page, you might not see the expected list of export definitions, as shown here:
To avoid the problem, make sure that the two user IDs match exactly.
