Problem Note 61989: You cannot view the customization information for some tables when you create a new control, potential impact, or action plan in SAS® Enterprise GRC

While creating a new potential impact or control in SAS Enterprise GRC, you might not be able to view the customization information for the Recent Assessments table.
While creating a new action plan, you might not be able to view the customization information for the Related Issue table or the Users to Notify table.
When you select the Customization Information menu option for the Recent Assessments table, you might see the following error message:

To work around the problem, modify your PotentialImpact.xml, ControlInstance.xml, and ActionPlan.xml screen definition files to display each table only after the object has been saved. For example, enclose the field definition for the table with an <if> element containing a test, as shown in the following example:

After installing the hot fix, you must still manually modify your PotentialImpact.xml, ControlInstance.xml, and ActionPlan.xml screen definition files to fix the problem. The hot fix corrects some shipped screen definition files, but it does not modify your customized files.
