Problem Note 61957: The error "File was not found" occurs when you use a FILENAME statement to access a SAS® Viya® file

When you use a FILENAME statement to access a SAS Viya file that does exist, the following error might occur:
ERROR: File was not found.
ERROR: Error in the FILENAME statement.
ERROR: Error in the FILENAME statement.
For example, the error can occur when you submit a FILENAME statement similar to the following:
filename fileref sasfsvam "/files/files/1dce7b7f-28b2-4b32-bfdd-71db5eb1b9ac";
This problem can happen if the ETag header name in the response is alter or removed. Some network proxies can alter the name of certain HTTP headers (for example, Etag versus ETag). In this example, the case was changed.
