Problem Note 61928: You might receive "ERROR: Table variable ? offset exceeds the varying data buffer" when using the Data Explorer in SAS® Viya® 3.3

The following error is displayed when you use the Data Explorer or the SAS^® Cloud Analytic Services (CAS) browser:

ERROR: Table <table-name> variable ? offset exceeds the varying data buffer.

ERROR: Table <table-name> could not be loaded.

The error occurs when a row contains an empty or null value for the VARCHAR or VARBINARY option and a large object such as a BLOB or a CLOB.
