For locations and regions in the United Kingdom, points on a SAS Visual Analytics geo map might be in the wrong location or completely missing.

This issue affects geography data items that are based on the predefined geographic names and codes provided by SAS. The problem occurs because the lookup column in one of the SAS geographic data sets contains incorrect values.

To work around the problem, you can create a geography data item by using custom coordinates or custom polygonal shapes. For information about creating the custom coordinates or shapes, see "Working with Geography Data Items" in SAS^® Visual Analytics 8.2: Working with Report Data.
