Problem Note 61850: The rabbitmq-server log contains a large tar.gz file
When you install SAS® Visual Investigator, you might see a large tar.gz log file in the log directory for your RabbitMQ server. The default location for the file is /opt/sas/viya/config/var/log/rabbitmq-server.
The detailed directory listing looks similar to the following:
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 457724138 Aug 16 13:35 rabbitsasllog.tar.gz
Older logs are saved this way because the default SAS® Viya® configuration rotates and compresses the RabbitMQ logs. The logs take up disk space, but otherwise there is no other effect on the system.
To work around this issue, delete the file if you do not need the logs that are contained within the tar.gz file.
