To work around this issue, download the attached macros and add them to the ucmacros location.

Use the following commands in SAS® Customer Experience Targeting 6.3:

  • Windows: -insert sasautos "!SASROOT\cxasvr\ucmacros"
  • UNIX: -insert SASAUTOS "!SASROOT/ucmacros/cxasvr"

For SAS Customer Experience Targeting 6.4 and SAS 360 Discover, store the macros in the following location:

  • SAS-configuration-directory\LevN\SASAppCXA\SASE

In this path:

  • SAS-configuration-directory specifies the path to your SAS configuration directory.
  • LevN specifies the configuration level.
  • SASAppCXA specifies the application name.
