Usage Note 61749: Special characters might be displayed in the modern version of SAS® Visual Analytics Viewer when using a specific encoding parameter
If you add the AddDefaultCharset parameter to your httpd.conf file, then the modern version of SAS Visual Analytics might unexpectedly display special characters, as shown in the following display:

This problem can occur when the AddDefaultCharset encoding and the Character Set encoding are in conflict. For example, this problem would occur if your Character Set encoding was ISO 8859-15 and your AddDefaultCharset encoding was ISO 8859-1.
To avoid this problem, remove the AddDefaultCharset parameter from your httpd.conf file, restart your SAS® Web Server, and clear your browser cache.
