Problem Note 61711: The default maximum number of instances held in memory is zero (0)
In SAS® Infrastructure for Risk Management, the default number of instances held in memory is set to a maximum of zero (0). You encounter this issue when you have not set a value for the com.sas.solutions.risk.irm.server.jobflowsweep.max system property.
The workaround is to set this property to a value such as 100.
