Problem Note 61278: Executing a campaign group in SAS® Customer Intelligence executes only a small number of concurrently running processes
When a process generates input data for a campaign group in SAS Customer Intelligence, the process might not make use of all possible concurrent tasks. This behavior might result in very long run times as the input data is generated for the campaign group.
Even when you increase the setting Maximum number of concurrent processes for Marketing Optimization input data generation in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio (by selecting Setup ► Environment Variables ► Selection), the new setting is not honored for the number of concurrently executing processes.
In the SASCustintelCore6.x.log file, you might also see that it takes a long time to load the member campaigns.
