Problem Note 61273: A gray screen with no action buttons might be displayed after you select the error message in the Template Manager

In SAS® Merchandise Planning, a gray screen with no action buttons might be displayed after you select the error message in the Template Manager. This issue is likely to occur when a template is locked and you select the red error message in the Template Manager. In some cases, the Task Editor is displayed with no panes corrupting the template.
Use the following steps to work around this issue:
- Select Main Pane in the Current Pane Layout section in the Task Editor.
- Select Add at the bottom of the screen to add the Main Pane to the task.
- Save the Template.
