Problem Note 61250: The sasauth module does not correctly call pam_end() on all error conditions to end the PAM connection
In a small number of error conditions, the sasauth module is not correctly calling pam_end() to terminate the PAM session. At this time, no adverse affects have been seen when authentication for the SAS® software is configured to use PAM.

The sasauth module does not correctly call pam_end() on all error conditions to end the PAM connection. This does not appear to cause any issues.
