Problem Note 61214: The SYSRANDOM macro variable fails to store the seed used in PROC MCMC
If you omit the SEED= option in PROC MCMC, or you specify a seed that is less than or equal to zero, the SYSRANDOM macro variable does not store the system seed used. Without the value of the generated seed, it is not possible to reproduce simulations.

For software releases that are not yet generally available, the Fixed
Release is the software release in which the problem is planned to be
fixed.
If the SEED= value for PROC MCMC is generated by the system clock, the value cannot be automatically stored for later use.
