Problem Note 60969: You receive errors when you move an activity in SAS® Marketing Operations Management

You might receive the following error when you try to move an activity in Strategic Planner:
An error occurred in getting the list for destination.
Then, after you select OK, you might also receive this error:
The resource you were looking for was removed, is temporarily unavailable or the resource name was changed.
This problem occurs when the Forecasting required option for Forecast Configuration (under Planner Settings) is set to No.
Follow these steps to work around this problem:
- Log on to SAS Marketing Operations Management by using the Admin account.
- Create a forecast of the current year by selecting Strategic Planner Admin ► Forecast Duration ► New from the Administration menu in the left pane of the Dashboard window.
- In the View Forecast Duration Details pane, choose the current year in the Fiscal Year drop-down list. Do not change any other values on the View Forecast Duration Details page.
- Click Save.
