Problem Note 60886: Export to CSV using UTF-8 encoding produces incorrect results for Korean, Japanese, and Russian characters in SAS® Field Quality Analytics
An Export to CSV that uses UTF-8 encoding produces incorrect results for Korean, Japanese, and Russian characters in SAS Field Quality Analytics.
To work around this issue, follow the steps below:
- Open Excel.
- On the Data tab, select From Text option ► select the file to be opened ► click Import.
- In the Text Import wizard, select File origin as Unicode(UTF-8) ► Next ► Next ► Finish.
