Problem Note 60760: Previously existing JAR Files in the . . .WEB-INF/lib directory are not removed when you upgrade SAS® Marketing Automation

When you upgrade SAS Marketing Automation, previously existing JAR files are not removed from the directory SAS-configuration-directory/Web/WebAppServer/SASServer6_1/sas_webapps/sas.customerintelligencewebservices.war/WEB-INF/lib.
To address this behavior, delete the SAS-configuration-directory/Web/WebAppServer/SASServer6_1/sas_webapps/sas.customerintelligencewebservices.war/WEB-INF/lib directory before you run the upgrade.
If you upgrade before you delete SAS-configuration-directory/Web/WebAppServer/SASServer6_1/sas_webapps/sas.customerintelligencewebservices.war/WEB-INF/lib, you must delete the directory and then rebuild and redeploy SAS® Customer Intelligence web applications.
This behavior does not occur with migrations or new installations of SAS Marketing Automation.
