Problem Note 60749: SAS® Life Science Analytics Framework API 1.8.1 - isMember method takes implicit membership into account when determining membership

In SAS® Life Science Analytics Framework Java API versions 1.7.2 through 1.8.1, the MembershipService isMember method returns 'true' if a user or group is an implicit member of the context specified. The method should only return 'true' when the member is an explicit member of the context.
Note the change in behavior for the LSAF Java API 1.8.2 isMember method is reflected in the results returned by LSAF API macro (version 1.5) lsaf_ismember which calls in to the LSAF Java API.
