Problem Note 60717: Searching for campaigns that contain non-standard Latin characters is very slow in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio
In SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, searching for campaigns might be slow when the campaign names contain non-Latin characters (for example, the German umlaut, Chinese or Hebrew characters, and so on).
This problem happens only when you select View ► Hierarchy, as shown in the following display:
To work around this problem, search by selecting View ► Grid or View ► Detail instead. The search performs normally with this method.
