In the CI_CELL_PACKAGE table of the SAS^® Customer Intelligence Common Data Model, the DELETED_FLG column might not be updated correctly for holdout groups.

This problem occurs under the following scenario:

1. You execute a selection campaign with a holdout group that is defined in the Communication node. The common data model is updated correctly as expected with two rows added to the CI_CELL_PACKAGE table (one for the marketing cell and one for the holdout group).


2. You then delete the contact history for the campaign by highlighting the communication on the Execution page (History tab) in SAS^® Customer Intelligence Studio and clicking the trash-can icon. The correct rows in the Contact History table are deleted as expected and the DELETED_FLG column in the CI_CELL_PACKAGE table for the marketing cell is set to Y (as expected). However, the  DELETED_FLG column in the CI_CELL_PACKAGE table for the holdout group row is still set to N instead of Y.
