When you work with SAS^® Data Integration Studio, you might encounter the following error in your log when you run some jobs that use SAS/CONNECT^® features:

This issue occurs only when Application Response Measurement (ARM) logging is enabled in logconfig.xml.

To confirm the source of the issue or to circumvent the problem without applying the hot fix, do the following:

1. Open your logconfig.xml file. The default location is /SAS-configuration-directory/Lev1/SASApp/WorkspaceServer/logconfig.xml.
2. Remove this code:

 <logger name="Perf.ARM" additivity="false">
      <level value="INFO"/>
      <appender-ref ref="ARM"/>
   </logger>

And replace it with this code:

 <logger name="Perf.ARM" additivity="false">
      <level value="WARN"/>
      <appender-ref ref="ARM"/>
   </logger>

3. Restart your SAS session.

The error should be gone.
