Problem Note 60686: SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio is no longer available after you upgrade the platform to SAS® 9.4 TS1M5

After you upgrade to the fifth maintenance release for SAS® 9.4 (TS1M5), SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio is no longer available and the message Not found is displayed when you try to access the software.

Although SASServer6 starts successfully, an error similar to the following is also generated in the SASCustIntelStudio6.5.log file that resides in the SAS-configuration-directory/Lev1/Web/Logs/ directory:
