After you upgrade to the fifth maintenance release for SAS® 9.4 (TS1M5), SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio is no longer available and the message Not found is displayed when you try to access the software.
Although SASServer6 starts successfully, an error similar to the following is also generated in the SASCustIntelStudio6.5.log file that resides in the SAS-configuration-directory/Lev1/Web/Logs/ directory:

Whether you are upgrading your platform to SAS 9.4 TS1M5 from an earlier release or are installing a new system, the SAS Customer Intelligence 6.5 hot fix that is associated with this issue is installed and deployed automatically by the SAS® Deployment Wizard. Because SAS Customer Intelligence 6.5 hot fixes are cumulative, be sure to follow the link on the Hot Fix tab, review the post-installation instructions that pertain to your deployment, and follow any instructions that are relevant.
