Problem Note 60682: Previously published campaign information might be deleted when the latest version is executed

Contact history might exist without any corresponding SAS® Customer Intelligence Common Data Model reporting data. This issue can occur when multiple campaigns are scheduled to execute concurrently and one or more of the campaigns recently had its version number changed.
On a rare occasion, a version-number change can provoke a clean publish of one of the other campaigns that are being run concurrently. As a result, the Common Data Model rows are deleted for that campaign for the previous execution.
When this problem occurs, rows that exist in the CI_CONTACT_HISTORY table have no corresponding rows in the CI_CELL_PACKAGE table or in other Common Data Model tables.
