Problem Note 60659: Sporadic failures might occur during concurrent updates in dynamic locking domain

If you attempt to read a SAS® Scalable Performance Data Server table while concurrent updates are taking place from another client, an error message similar to the following might occur:

ERROR: File system permissions prohibit proxy from accessing file/directory.
ERROR: Unexpected IO error occurred.
