Problem Note 60644: A case or incident in SAS® Enterprise Case Management remains locked after you exit the entity
In SAS Enterprise Case Management, a case or incident might remain locked after you exit the entity. The problem occurs if you try to save an entity without entering a required field, and then exit from the entity without saving any changes.
To work around the problem, use the Search menu to locate the entity. In the Results pane, select Unlock from the Actions menu for the entity to unlock it.
